Sales Manager (German Speaker)

Your day-to-day

  • Lead all activities related to the sales pipeline within the Travel Suppliers (hotels) sales department. From the lead generation process for this high growth vertical, to contract signing, supervision of implementation and subsequent adoption of solutions, to handover to the growth team.
  • You will be in charge of opening and penetrating new markets.
  • Design and develop “go to market” commercial campaigns for assigned markets, with focus on DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Lead generation & targeting (cold calling, emailing…).
  • Writing proposals for new business opportunities with hotel suppliers.
  • Collect and document customer feedback for transfer to technical and implementation departments.

What are we looking for?

  • A positive, optimistic, and empathetic person, where “we” is more important than “I”.
  • An opportunity generator with a “hunter” mentality, with proven experience in sales and account management within the travel industry (hotels, OTAs, bedbanks, TTOOs, etc.).
  • Experience managing the DACH markets.
  • Experience in opening new markets.
  • Previous experience in selling travel technology, software, and/or payments. Experience with distribution systems like GDS, OBTs, Aggregators, etc., will be a plus.
  • Native-level German. Advanced-level English. Knowledge of Spanish is welcome.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-growing and challenging environment.
