Your day-to-day
- You will conduct informational sessions and work closely with other internal teams (such as the People or Sales teams, among others) to gather information and understand their needs.
- You will create content from start to finish for a variety of channels and platforms
- You will develop clear and compelling content that aligns with the overall vision, values, and tone of our organization.
- You will work hand-in-hand with the entire marketing and communication team to deliver consistent and coherent content.
- You will follow brand guidelines and research market and industry trends to improve content strategies.
- You will manage content in multiple languages with our collaborating agencies.
- You will optimize content to improve SEO and increase online visibility.
- You will manage the editorial calendar.
- You will measure and analyze the performance of the content created using analytical tools and marketing metrics.
- You will manage requests through the Target Process.
What are we looking for?
- A degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Content Specialist in a B2B or tech sector environment.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, WordPress, and Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with social media.
- Native-level English.
- High proficiency in French is a plus.
- Experience in the travel sector is a plus!
