Your day-to-day
- Regulatory Monitoring & Updates: Continuously monitor global regulatory developments in electronic invoicing, fiscal compliance, and related digital financial regulations. Ensure the company stays up-to-date with all relevant legal changes in the countries where we operate.
- Implementation of Legal Requirements: Collaborate with product and business teams to ensure our e-invoicing services comply with new and evolving regulations.
- Certification & Compliance of Software: Participate in relationships with certification bodies and government authorities to ensure the timely and accurate approval of our software solutions.
- Internal Training & Support: Help providing regular updates and training sessions for internal teams (product, business, IT) on changes to e-invoicing laws and compliance standards. Ensure that all relevant teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to remain compliant with current regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of compliance efforts, including risk assessments, certifications, and regulatory interactions. Prepare reports and summaries of compliance status for internal stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Law, or a related field with a focus on Regulatory Affairs or Compliance.
- 1-3 years of experience in a regulatory affairs or compliance role, preferably in e-invoicing
- Knowledge of global electronic invoicing regulations and software certification processes.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex regulatory requirements and ensure all details are met within our services and software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts to non-legal teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects and timelines across different jurisdictions.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with legal, technical, and product teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to regulatory changes.
