Your day-to-day
- Support the implementation and monitoring of global data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR) across business units.
- Assist in gathering information for Data Protection Authority requests and help with ad-hoc projects related to personal data.
- Collaborate in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts, including Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and other legal documentation.
- Provide support in comparative law analyses, advising on how different legal systems impact business operations.
- Participate in client meetings to address legal queries and support the team in negotiating international contracts.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a specialization or coursework in International Law.
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal advisory role or internship within corporate/international law.
- Knowledge of comparative law and cross-border legal frameworks.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
- Knowledge of GDPR and experience in data protection is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with legal frameworks, especially GDPR, international contract law, and global compliance requirements.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving legal challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Attention to Detail: Careful and precise in reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Research Skills: Capable of conducting thorough legal research, especially in comparative law.
- Adaptability: Willing to learn and adapt to changing legal and business environments.
