Account Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager for our Service Delivery team to lead the relationship with our key accounts. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts and supporting them in their operational activities.

You will be the single point of contact for the assigned customer portfolio, orchestrating various internal and external processes to deliver greater value to the customer!

Your day-to-day

  • Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers, cooperating with them and understanding their needs.
  • Analyze the current situation of the customer and formulate strategies to increase coverage in terms of digitization, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Align the implementation and deployment strategy of the solution with the customer’s internal objectives, considering our vision: Greater process automation to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and propose solutions to improve customer profitability/efficiency.
  • Identify the specific requirements and expectations of existing customers.
  • Ensure that new products, product improvements, and overall solutions are developed and implemented within the agreed timeframe.
  • Develop the action plan schedule and deliverables related to the project.
  • Detect potential risks and carry out necessary corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Report to the team on the progress of actions and their impact on operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes: Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and implement them.
  • Collaborate with the following teams: Implementation, Business Development, Product Development, Customer Care.

What are we looking for?

  • Customer centricity and results orientation
  • Team player who wants to share and contribute
  • Previous experience in managing large accounts/business development. Experience in sales in tech or tourism companies is valued.
  • Previous experience in project management/SAAs implementation (nice to have)
  • Previous experience working with tangible objectives.
  • Experience in the Horeca sector is a plus
  • Experience in change management, process definition, digitization projects is a plus.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (French and/or German is valued)
  • Person with good communication skills and customer relations.
