Your day-to-day
- Leverage technical expertise, with a solid background in both development and maintenance within the software development lifecycle
- Constantly exercise critical thinking and use your analytical skills
- Troubleshoot, debug and implement effective solutions favoring simplicity and maintenance over time
- Improve code readability and performance through continuous refactoring and optimization
- Demonstrates a proactive, collaborative and problem-solving attitude towards challenges
- Give and receive feedback in an Agile environment looking for team collaboration, caring and promoting about the psychological safety of the whole team
What are we looking for?
About the ideal candidate – To succeed in role, we’d like you to have relevant experience in the following areas:
- XP methodology, Lean/Agile, refactoring, dealing with Legacy Code and observability
- Knowledge of these technology related concepts will be valued but it’s not mandatory: .NET, SQL, Angular, Azure, Terraform, Abilities and skills
- Subject matter expert on knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle
- Be comfortable working with complex and legacy solutions
- Capability of efficiently communicate in written and oral English
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset in a continuous improvement environment
